From idea to launch: how MaktobTech runs a project
We split every project into four clear stages: discovery, design, build, then launch and support. The point of this is not bureaucracy — it is that you always know where we are and what decision we need from you next.
In discovery we sit with you to understand business goals, users, and technical constraints before a line of code. The output is a short document that defines scope and what is out of it, and it is the reference we return to whenever a later disagreement comes up.
In design we build bilingual interactive prototypes we align on with you early. Seeing the screens before they are built is far cheaper than changing them after the code is written.
In build we work in weekly releases on a staging environment you can open any time. There is no big reveal at the end; you see progress week by week and can correct course early.
At launch we deploy carefully, transfer knowledge to your team, and agree on what support looks like afterward. The project does not end at deployment — it ends when we are confident your team can run it without us.
